Bakery body
A shelved body for carrying bread and bakery goods in trays.
The bakery body is fitted with dedicated shelving for carrying bread and flour products in trays. It is built to fully hygienic, world-standard practice, and the vehicle design is adapted to the particulars of this cargo. To ease loading and unloading, the internal volume is divided into sections and fitted with several side doors. An internal ventilation system maintains optimal humidity and prevents dust, mould, bacteria and insects.
